As a nonprofit entity, Muskan Sewa Sansthan does not deal in the commercial sale of physical goods or merchandise. Therefore, we do not offer shipping or delivery of tangible items to donors as a standard practice.
In select campaigns, where tangible items such as books, educational kits, or ration packets are part of the support drive, these items are directly delivered to the intended beneficiaries by our volunteer or partner teams. These deliveries are made at no cost to the donor, and are not returnable or exchangeable.
Donors may, on occasion, receive:
- A digital acknowledgment receipt sent via email.
- An 80G tax exemption certificate (where applicable).
- Campaign updates through email or WhatsApp (if opted in).
Muskan Sewa Sansthan does not offer any commercial courier or product delivery services to the donors. If there is a campaign-specific thank-you item or report to be sent, it will be dispatched through appropriate channels like email or India Post, and timelines will be communicated in advance.
